I first became interested in Hypnotherapy many years ago after having treatment for my own phobia. After a few sessions I began to see dramatic changes and was able to overcome my difficulties. I found the therapy so relaxing
and the changes so rapid. I was looking to change my career at the time and so attended a 4 week CPPD course
in Clinical Hypnosis and found the subject matter so interesting I went on to study at Post Graduate
I am now a dedicated
and qualified practitioner in Clinical Hypnotherapy. I completed my training at
the London College of Clinical Hypnosis, one of the leading providers of hypnotherapy training, where I received my Post Graduate Certificate, awarded
by West London University. Much of my training has been directed from the School of Psychotherapeutic Studies.
I am able to draw from many approaches such as Cognitive, Behaviour and Psychoanalytical,
NLP and Mindfulness. I do not use a one size fits all approach but rather tailor sessions
to meet the needs of my clients and the issue I am dealing with.
I am a registered associate member of the British Society of Clinical
Hypnosis and bound by their code of conduct and ethical principles. You can be assured you will receive a professional, high standard of care
in a secure and supportive environment. As a member of BSCH I am committed to continued personal and
professional development. I regularly attend Masterclasses and
CPPD training courses.
to becoming a hypnotherapist I had vast experience in personal development through a variety of role, as a manager and a trainer, helping many people achieve their full potential.
