During the first session
I will get to know you and we'll talk through the issue in detail and begin to look towards your goals, what you want to achieve from therapy and which approach would best suit you. I'll take time to alleviate any worries or concerns and help you to understand the process involved. We will nearly always be able to start the therapeutic process in the first session.
The number of sessions
you will need will depend upon the condition being treated. I can often give you an idea of how many after the first session, once we've talked things thorough in detail.
Confidentiality
is guaranteed and each session is conducted according to the Code of Conduct and Ethics set by the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis of which I am a Full Member.
Hypnotherapy

Audio recordings are available to listen to in-between sessions to reinforce the work that we do.
Phobias

Audio recordings for relaxation will be available to help with stabilization and coping techniques taught for use in between sessions.
Stop Smoking

you can choose between
a single 2 hour session
or two x 1 hour sessions
An audio recording will be made to listen to in the weeks following the session and also a free top up session if needed with 3 months.
Payment
I accept cash or payment by bank transfer, whichever may work best for you. To be paid on the day of the session.
Cancellation policy: 50% of session fee if cancel less that 24 hours.
